1. Services Offered
Deepak IT Solutions provides professional IT services including Website Designing, Website Development, Ecommerce Development, Custom Software Solutions, and related technical services. The scope of work for each project will be discussed and finalized mutually before the development process begins.
2. Project Process & Demo Policy
All projects are initially developed and demonstrated on a domain or server managed by Deepak IT Solutions for testing and review purposes. This demo version remains the property of Deepak IT Solutions until full payment for the project has been received.
Upon successful completion of the project and clearance of full payment, the website or software will be transferred to the client’s domain or hosting server as agreed.
3. Payment Terms
Deepak IT Solutions currently follows a completion-based payment model. Clients are required to make full payment after the project has been completed and approved as per agreed specifications.
Final project files, source code, and domain transfer (if applicable) will only be provided after full payment clearance. In case of payment delays, project delivery or transfer may be temporarily withheld.
4. Project Timeline
Project timelines vary depending on the complexity and scope of work. Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated before starting the project. Timely submission of required content, images, credentials, and other necessary materials by the client is essential to maintain the agreed timeline.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate information, required content, login credentials (if necessary), and timely feedback during the development process. Any delays in providing necessary inputs may result in extension of the project timeline.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
After full payment is received, ownership rights of the completed website or software project will be transferred to the client. The client will receive access to the source code if requested.
Deepak IT Solutions reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Maintenance & Support
Basic support may be provided after project completion as mutually agreed. Ongoing maintenance, updates, or additional feature development may require a separate agreement or service charge.
8. Limitation of Liability
Deepak IT Solutions shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website or software after final delivery. Responsibility for third-party hosting issues, hacking incidents, or external technical failures lies outside our direct control.
9. Project Termination
Either party may terminate the project through mutual agreement. In such cases, completed portions of the work may be delivered based on the progress made up to that point.
10. Changes to Terms
Deepak IT Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with the revised effective date.
